Phil Boggia is the Director of Investor Development at Accountable Equity, where he builds and nurtures investor relationships, raises equity capital, and contributes to the firm’s acquisition efforts to expand its portfolio.

Phil began his real estate career as an active investor, acquiring multifamily properties as well as single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease retail assets. He went on to serve as Director of Acquisitions at a retail real estate investment firm, focusing on the purchase and repositioning of vacant and short term lease single-tenant properties to unlock significant equity upside.

Over time, Phil transitioned into a full-time private investor, focusing on real estate, private credit, and private equity as a limited partner. He now dedicates his efforts to sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities that generate passive income and long-term equity growth.

Prior to his investment career, Phil spent 14 years in federal law enforcement. He served eight years as a Deputy U.S. Marshal and six years as a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations.
