Melanie McCallen is the co-founder of VIVAMEE Hospitality and a seasoned real estate investor with over two decades of experience. Since 1997, she has been involved in single-family residential investments and has also led large-scale hospitality repositioning projects. Under her leadership, over 1,000 acres of legendary real estate have been revitalized, including luxury guest rooms, spas, private event venues, farm-to-table restaurants, and concert venues. 

Melanie is also the co-founder of one of the largest accredited investor communities in the country, channeling significant capital into projects that offer financial returns and meaningful community impact. She has spoken on stages across the U.S., including The Real Estate Guys Radio conferences, the Alternative Asset Investment Summit, and Family Office Club, sharing her expertise in real estate and alternative investments. 

Melanie has been married to Josh McCallen for 27 years, and together they are blessed with 10 children, ranging from 24 years of age to 4. Her dedication to family and community is reflected in her charitable work, supporting initiatives that benefit children, the homeless, and the disabled.
