Jeff Rutt currently serve as CEO of Keystone Custom Homes, a homebuilding company operating in 44 communities throughout various counties of central Pennsylvania.  

He also serves as the Founder and Chairman of HOPE International, a Christian faith-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on alleviating physical and spiritual poverty through microenterprise development. HOPE’s strategic plan is to provide excellent Christ-centered micro-finance and business training to our clients around the world.  

His work is in both construction and non-profit management converges through Homes for Hope, a nonprofit that seeks to unite builders to participate in the alleviation of global poverty through what they do best – building homes.
