Will Moisan

VP, Asset Management & Analysis

William Moisan is a highly regarded executive in asset management and financial analysis, recognized for his strategic insight and rigorous approach. His career is built upon a solid foundation in financial modeling and real estate investment, which has shaped his notable professional trajectory.

William’s expertise was further refined during his tenure at Trepp, Inc., where he served as Director of Advisory Services. In this capacity, he led a new team that provided bespoke solutions, generating over $1.3 million in new revenue within its inaugural year. His leadership was instrumental in the development of innovative products and the delivery of tailored solutions to a diverse clientele, including major banks, hedge funds, regulatory bodies, and private equity firms.

Prior to his role at Trepp, William excelled as a Sales Director, where he significantly enhanced sales performance and adopted advanced technologies. His earlier experience includes his role as an Acquisitions Associate at Banyan Street Capital, where he performed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for acquisition deals ranging from $30M to $1.1B. He traveled extensively along the East Coast, sourced deals, and collaborated with institutional capital partners. Before this, as a Financial Analyst at GFI Partners, he conducted financial modeling and due diligence for a variety of real estate assets, participated in acquiring and financing the redevelopment of 4.2M square feet of industrial space, and was involved in obtaining over $375M of senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for various projects.

William holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management. He also possesses a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT.

In his current role at Accountable Equity, William leverages his extensive industry knowledge and analytical expertise to advance asset management strategies and financial analysis, contributing to the company’s sustained success.
