Renault Winery Resort consists of two entities as the property sits between two different cities (Capital H1, LLC and Capital H2, LLC).
We require an equal investment in both entities with a minimum of $50k ($25k each). This is a 506(c) offering for accredited investors only (which all of our limited partner (LP) funds require.
This offering will be $3/ per unit since it is a proven asset already generating $24MM+ projected for 2023.
