Ketan Bhavan is a serial investor and entrepreneur across the real estate and hospitality development and management industries. A graduate of Business Administration and Operations Management and Information Systems from the University of Southern California, Ketan lives in Dublin, CA with Sneha his wife of 24 years and his son.
Matt Faircloth is the co-founder and president of the DeRosa Group, a real estate investment company that specializes in buying and renovating residential and commercial properties. Matt and his wife, Liz, started investing in real estate in 2004 with a $30,000 loan. They founded DeRosa Group in 2005 and have since grown the company to managing more than 370 units throughout the east coast. DeRosa has completed more than $30M in real estate transactions involving private capital—including fix-and-flips, single-family home rentals, mixed-use buildings, apartment buildings, office buildings, and tax lien investments. He is the author of Raising Private Capital, has been featured on the BiggerPockets Podcast, and regularly contributes to BiggerPockets’ educational webinars. Matt, Liz, and their two adorable kids currently live in New Hope, PA.

Bob and his wife Usha have amassed 37 passive income streams and serve as International Trainers for personal and wealth development events across the world. Bob is a founding member of Gobundance, referenced in the book Tribe of Millionaires, and the host of the studio based Get Real show, and a co-host of Heart 2 Heart Investing. Bob’s specialties include the launch, relaunch, and acquisition of real estate companies. Bob has also been passionately presenting a Financial Mastery program for the past 10 years with all proceeds being donated to charities.

Adam Zell

Adam Zell is a Entrepreneurial corporate finance expert with a specialty in private manufacturing and data visualization. He is a water purification industry CFO who began investing in real estate in 2015. Starting with a single student property next to a Philadelphia university, today, Adam and his wife Nicole own and manage a large property portfolio. Residents of Lower Merion with nine-month-old daughter, Esther Athena, Adam is a keen weightlifter and enjoys laser tag… and napping.
